It's been quite a while since I've logged into this blog.
My last post was about five years ago, and I proclaimed that I was going on a hiatus. While this is true, I still found myself logging into Secondlife. Maybe not as regularly as I was, but at least enough to check out some of the latest technology and have a few simple chats with long-lasting SL friends.
After that post in 2015, I had not logged into Secondlife until about Fall of 2017. I reunited with some old friends, caught up with many, and grieved with others. A few close friends of mine in SL had passed away unknowingly, and it was rough to log in any longer. I think this is what caused my hiatus ultimately.
I've been logging in though. Maybe on/off for a week every 3-4 months. I primarily only login to take pictures though, which is a laugh, because I've always loved taking photos in secondlife. Photoshop used to be my go-to in the older days, but with a new graphics card I can actually experience the virtual world as it was intended to be experienced.
I kept my old domain that used to point to this blog and I pointed it to my photo gallery on Tumblr. I'm also loosely active on Flickr.. which is a silly place. I'm largely posting my pictures to Snapzilla.net which I adore. My whole Secondlife from 2017 to now is practically on there (aside from older items that I had posted beforehand).
I don't know if I will be posting on here aside from this update, but maybe? I'm not much of a blogger, and the Secondlife Blog scene is littered with fashion blogs with no substance which I don't know if I even know how to be a part of that scherade.
